Arturo just finished a job for us and we are so pleased! He was very responsive and timely to all of my communication and helped me work with the HVAC guys coordinate the effort to fix our roof. He redid our roof a few years ago and a new HVAC system required cutting away the work he had done. He was able to complete his portion of the job with little notice and even pushed the job up a few days because of weather. We are so happy we were able to work with him. Our skylights (2) were over 30 years old and we noticed a slight leak.  I noticed Samperio’s roofing a street over and working on another project.  I left a message and within an hour I had an appointment booked with Arturo for a quote.  I received a very fair quote and he stayed in communication with me and within three days of meeting him, quote and ordering new skylights- the job was finished within an hour and a half and the crew was so, so nice. Arturo and his crew fixed a roof leak in the past and did a wonderful job, have not had any issues since. There was a spot where the gutter would overflow because the angle is tilted and Arturo and his staff helped out again and built a downspout to prevent damage to the gutter or house from all the water coming down in one spot when it rained. Arturo and his wonderful crew just finished up a new roof and skylight replacement for us. They were punctual, communicative, professional, and accommodating. His crew was at my house today and did an excellent job repairing my roof! I called Arturo one Saturday morning when i found water on my kitchen floor.  It had rained the night before.  Arturo came out that day and  came up with a cost effective, simple proposal to fix the leak!  He fit me into his schedule and fixed my roof before the next rain.   In fact it rained soon after the repair was done.  Im very pleased with the work done.  They did a great job, cleaned up and were do nice.  If i could give mire stars, i would.
